Oil Cooled Voltage Stabilizer

A servo controller continuously compares the output voltage with the set value. When the voltage rises or falls, the servo motor moves the carbon roller on the autotransformer winding to correct it. The oil-filled construction carries heat away from the windings during operation.

Oil carries heat away from the windings more effectively than air, so oil cooled stabilizers are preferred for higher KVA ratings and long-duty cycles where air cooling may not be enough. Air cooled stabilizers are generally used for lighter applications.

Yes. In our Three Phase Oil Cooled Servo Stabilizer, each of the three phases is controlled individually. This improves voltage and load management, especially when the incoming supply or the connected load is unbalanced.

The standard 250 KVA and 1000 KVA models accept an input of 340V to 460V at 47Hz to 63Hz on a 3 phase, 4 wire supply. If your site needs a different input window, it can be customized.
